Draco S.p.A. is a financial holding company which operates in the real estate and advanced service sectors.
The company promotes, develops, finances, coordinates, realizes and manages initiatives and activities in Real Estate, Innovative Retail, Entertainment and Concept Evolution.
The Group consists of highly qualified business people with unique insight into the Italian situation who have significant experience in the real estate sector for retail, tourism, entertainment and services.
Currently the projects in which Draco is involved cover an area of around 8,000,000 sq. m. throughout Italy, of which 3,000,000 sq. m. relate to projects that are already underway, while buildings in total cover around 2,000,000 sq. m. of gross floor area (GFA), with 500,000 sq. m. of gross floor area already completed.
