Concept Evolution
Among one of the first in Italy, Draco has confirmed the concept of development and achievement of department complexes that associate to the commercial and retail portions
the concepts of hospitability and entertainment.
With the integration and creation of value from the Group’s business lines, Draco can plan, together with local authorities, major local transformation projects for the realisation and management of complex and multifunctional projects, with a significant social and economic impact, for a coordinated offer in the sectors of retail, entertainment and hospitality.
Through its subsidiaries and assisted by specialist partners, the Group is currently working on the realisation of two initiatives:
Rome - Valmontone intergrated tourisim pole. Fashion District Outlet, Theme Park,
Receptive Structures, Sport and Complementary Structures on a land surface area
of 1,500,000 sm for about 145,000 of gross surface area.
The initiative was born comes about thanks to an agreement between the Draco Group, the Municipality of Valmontone and the region of Lazio in order to re-launch and revitalize local economy.
Rome-Valmontone integrated tourism pole represents, on the European scenario, one of the most significant multifunctional interventions in a metropolitan sphere in the real estate, innovative retail and entertainment sectors.
The pole is developed on an area of about 150 hectares and there is the prediction of inserting different functions integrated with each other:

- Receptive – Sports Complex

Molfetta’s Touristic Pole. Fashion District Outlet, MIRAGICA - Land of the Giants
Theme Park, Multiplex and Family Entertainment Centre on a land surface
area of 340,000 ms for about 80,000 ms of gross surface area.
Molfetta’s Touristic Pole is a unique intervention for
Southern Italy where shopping, entertainment and free time come together
in a single offer. It is developed on a surface area of 350,000 ms.
The initiative includes the Fashion District Factory Outlet, the UCI Multiplex, the Miragica - Land of the Giants theme Park and it is destined to become one of Italy’s most important tourism poles.

Motorcity – Veneto’s Car/Motorcycle Racing Circuit. Racing circuit Shopping Center, Theme Park, Technological and Scientific Centre, Receptive and Restaurant Services, Residential Structures, Dealers, Exposition spaces and Complementary Activities on a land surface area of 4,560,000 sm for about 1,225,000 gross surface area.

Motorcity comes about from the decision by the Venetian institutions to create a structure specifically dedicated to competitive car and motorcycle racing and to services correlated to this function (L.R. n° 27 del 1999). It is a functional pole, resulting from and innovative project destined to become the largest infrastructure dedicated to tourism and entertainment in Italy. In an area of 450 hectares, Veneto’s car/motorcycle race circuit, an amusement park, a new concept commercial area, an auto and motorcycle show room, a hotel, a scientific and technological centre, high specialization schools and museums, dedicated to the world of motors, will be built. This construction will be able to guarantee a new model of economic and social development for this region.
