Fashion District Outlet, Theme Park, Hotels and Accomodations, Sport and complementary structures on a land surface of 1.500.000 mq, for about 145.000 mq of gross surface area.

Fashion District Outlet, Theme Park, Multiplex e Family Entertainment Center on a land surface of 340.000 mq, for about 80.000 mq of gross surface area.
In collaboration with key partners, also being developed is one of the major projects on a European Scale.

 

 

Motorcity - Autodromo del Veneto

Racetrack, Shopping Center, Theme Park, Science and Technology Park, Hotels and Restaurants, Residential structures, Car dealers, Exibition spaces and complementary activities On a land area of 4.560.000 mq, about 1.225.000 mq of gross surface area.
