Draco has a significant experience in creation and management in the entertainment field, especially with its consolidation and affirmation on the national market with a circuit
of 10 multiplex theatres (120 movie theatres) branded Cinestar,
given to the UCI Italia Group in 2007.
Draco manages and coordinates the design and development stages of innovative Entertainment Centres, real citadels of leisure which are themed and incorporated into large areas.
Management is entrusted to subsidiaries or affiliated companies which have the most appropriate skills.
The Group’s specific know-how, which is consolidated by long-term experience, takes the form
of the construction and management of:

• Theme parks
• Multiplexes and Family Entertainment Centres
• Sports and Leisure Centres

As development manager and in cooperation with the subsidiary Alfa Park, which is entrusted
with management, Draco is involved in the construction of two theme parks:

MIRAGICA - the Land of the Giants- An amusement park built in Molfetta (BA) on a land surface area of 100,000 sm for about 30,000 sm of gross surface area.
“Miragica-Terra di Giganti” (Miragica-Land of Giants) is the
Theme Park that was has been built inside Molfetta’s “Tourist Pole” (Bari), which hosts also the Molfetta Outlet Fashion
District, a Multiplex and a Family Entertainment Center.
Located 25 km far from Bari, “Miragica-Terra di Giganti” is a fun and adventure Theme Park for every member of the family.

“Miragica-Terra di Giganti” hosts 19 different attractions and two
of them, the launch coaster and a 4D movie theatre, are the biggest of their kind in Italy; moreover, the whole park is surrounded by a fully equipped green belt.

This Park was opened on 2nd, April 2009. “Miragica-Terra di Giganti”, when fully operating,
will receive over 800,000 visitors per year.

“Rainbow MagicLand” Theme Park: a park created in Rome – Valmontone, covering more than 600,000 square meters, including over 50,000 square meters of building space. OPENING: March 2011
“Rainbow MagicLand” is a unique initiative in the field of Theme Parks in Italy.

This Park was born inside the Integrated Tourist Pole in Rome – Valmontone and it is intended to become one
of the main entertainment centers in Italy, covering a surface of 600,000 square meters, with over 30 attractions and a total investment of 300 million Euros.

“Rainbow MagicLand”, in the works since 2007, is a concept created and promoted by the Alfa Park S.r.l. group, which is controlled by Draco Group, that has already opened another theme park in 2009 in Molfetta, “Miragica - Terra di Giganti”.

The park is almost finished, and will open its doors to the public during the spring of 2011.

Rainbow MagicLand This initiative has been reinforced also thanks to the partnership agreement signed on July 2009 with Rainbow S.p.a, a leading company in the field of cartoons for TV and cinema that has already launched some well known and successful ventures such as “WinxClub”.

Within the project Motorcity - Veneto's Car/Motorcycle Racing Circuit, only a few kilometers from Verona, another car/motorcycle racing circuit on a land surface area of 900,000 sm for about 120,000 sm of gross surface area and a theme park on a land surface are of 200,000 sm for another 120,000 sm of gross surface area are being developed.
