Since 2003, up until today, Draco has completed the Fashion Districts in Mantua, Valmontone and Molfetta, all of which represent the best business card for Draco’s quality and know how.
Draco plans and realises major tourism and retail complexes, by integrating and developing initiatives with structures dedicated to entertainment and hospitality, calling on the management services of the associate company Fashion District.
The Group is one of the leading Italian players in the construction and management of:

• Retail and exhibition complexes
The development plan over the medium term envisages the realisation of another three Factory Outlets, for around 100,000 sq. m. of retail space, Shopping Centres of around 300,000 sq. m. and retail complexes with adjoining complementary activities and exhibition space, covering around 150,000 sq. m. GFA.
