The tower is architecturally characterized by simple and linear façades decorated with noble material. The main construction and the loggia are set up in stone and sound proof glass. The higher levels are constructed with dark panels and glass, equipped with internal and external dimming systems, surmounted by a second partial glass closing that marks the loggia thus creating the effect of an irregular setting design that descends towards the green house positioned on the north side: a construction surrounded by glass that frames the terraces of the top floors in a micro climate with a mitigate temperature.
