with estate realizations that vary from residential and hotel complexes
to commercial and industrial divisions.
The Group plans and realises traditional real estate projects, in particular:
• Residential complexes
• Residences and hotels
• Service centres and office complexes
• Industrial and manufacturing facilities
• Logistical centres
Draco is currently involved in the realisation of major projects in Italy, including office, residential
and hotel complexes, of around 300,000 sq. m. in overall gross floor area, a logistical centre
of around 200,000 sq. m. GFA and a science park of approximately 500,000 sq. m. GFA.
